We're Reed and Meagan, a husband and wife real estate team in Duluth, Minnesota. Reed is a contractor and realtor who grew up in West Duluth and now loves restoring homes in his native neighborhood.
We have 4 kids and have been married for nearly 13 years. Meagan homeschools and does design work for properties mostly from home. We currently live in an old farmhouse we moved to save from demolition.
We love revitalizing houses that are unlivable into a place where someone can call home. We love the challenge of keeping the original character of a house with modern amenities. With the shortage of housing in Duluth, we love fixing what's already there and creating another home for people.
A couple of our favorite projects to date are 100+ year old farmhouses that were on the verge of demolition that we were able to bring the original families through after renovation.
What started with our own first home renovation in 2016 has turned into a growing business that supports our family and proudly employs other local people and small companies.
